Unused services within packages can be refunded or credited within 90 days of purchase, subject to our terms. We work with customers to find fair solutions.

Yes, monthly packages can be paused for up to 2 weeks due to illness or travel. Just notify us in advance. Validity may be extended accordingly.

Daycare packages are valid for 6 months, boarding packages for 12 months. We're flexible if you need more time—just talk to us!

Packages are per pet, but we offer multi-pet discounts. If you have multiple pets, we'll create a package that covers all of them at a discounted rate.

Simply book as usual and mention you have a package. We'll deduct services from your package balance. You can check your balance anytime via WhatsApp.
